EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING & LEADERSHIP

Managing and leading is becoming increasing challenging. To be able manage effectively in today’s Youth need smart thinking action and effective people skills. ELL (Experiential Learning & Leadership) presents a unique opportunity for Youth to develop characteristics in an experiential setting than through classroom training.

ELL (Experiential Learning & Leadership) is a series of challenges conducted in wilderness sites far removed from normal living In a calm and informal environment, up close with naturepeople are found more introspective, uninhibited and inwardly ready for a comprehensive and valuable learning after experiencing ELL (Experiential Learning & Leadership) Youth learn leadership skills and tend to bond together in a way that is impossible in an office atmosphere.

In an unusual, unique and untried environment, ELL (Experiential Learning & Leadership) presents unpredictable situations and challenges, stretching Youth beyond their customary comfort zones. As a result of these experiences, Youth tend to lose their hang-ups, shed their masks and become more receptive to learning.

ELL PHILOSOPHY?

ELL is not a walk in the jungle a Few jumps through hoops and a campfire ELL is a carefully designed and executed to achieve specific goals. Each ELL program is designed after consultation with representatives from youth we understand analyses and identify youth’s need and then draw up a program designed to deliver specific leadership development objectives.

Participants of this leadership development series go through a number of activities that are specifically aimed at exploring issues like conflict resolution risk-taking goal setting, decision making communication, leadership, team building, change management creativity and selfreliance.

Each activity is also customized to match your life context, with the program continuously building on relevant themes for greater effectiveness we further fine tune and refine our training activities after interacting with the participants in the field so that they are given challenges and activities best suited to their requirement and capacity.

ELL also provides Youth progression of carefully graded exercises that will set increasingly challenging tasks as participants program to next level gradually increasing the participants performance levels and moving the group closer to your life goals. The participants responses to these situations become the raw material review.

LEARNING METHODOLOGY

The delivery approach will adopt various tools especially “experiential learning” that will enhance learning and facilitate the transfer of competencies into the work environment. Through a carefully constructed series of sessions that blend lectures, case studies, wilderness challenges, leadership activities, group workshops, and individual exercises, participants will balance thought-provoking debate and analysis with self-reflection and personal development. Targeted excercises that help participants assess and improve their own leadership style while practicing new skills in an invigorating environment.

Program utilizes extensive process comprising questionnaires and number of state of the art personality Assessment Tools to facilitate the participants knowing who they are in real sense of their being; self-realization is explored. Later, through exercises and various affirmations they are facilitated to establish a bonding with their new entity and are evolved to live according to it.

Participative case discussions and role-play allow participants to apply the concepts to real business situations.Stimulating lectures expose young leaders to a unique approach to enhancing human performance.Participants are challenged to examine personal leadership practices and assumptions that impact performance and receive questionnaire-feedback from others.Program orchaestrates a learning environment that is invigorating, admanding, and enjoyable. Participants will challenge and motivate one another, sharing ideas and forging professional bonds that can last a liftime.
