Fareeha’s diverse leadership roles allows her to leverage her expertise to empower individuals and teams to thrive in Leadership, Wellness & Mental Health along with supporting vulnerable parts of the society for humanitarian work based on UN SDG’s with core values of empathy & compassion.
As Chief Empowerment Officer at Million Smiles Global, KSA, she is working primarily to support KSA Vision 2030 & specialize’s in Experiential Learning, Coaching, Wellness, Mental Health and Relationship Mentoring.
Fareeha has designed programs in line with KSA Vision 2030 & supporte a diverse set of teams to provide strategies and support for personal and professional growth. Her efforts focus on Leadership development, Emotional Intelligence, Positive Psychology while promoting mental health and fostering strong relationships, and enabling organizations to create inclusive and resilient cultures. She is deeply motivated to empower individuals, especially females to rediscover their potential and contribute meaningfully to their work place, personal and professional life.
Her extensive Leadership experience includes serving as CEO of Million Smiles Trainings (Eagle Nest – Experiential Learnings) delivering impactful leadership development programs which have won National Awards.
As CEO of The Corporate Couple she has been supporting individuals, families and organisations rediscover their life & re-live a meaningful relationship. She mentors and counsel individual & couples to support them on barriers to their relationship & happiness. Her work also supports them on mental health & overcoming depression and anxiety.
As Chairperson of Million Smiles Foundation (MSF), Fareeha works extensively on UN SDGs to support the vulnerable parts of our community with a prime focus on Quality Education (SDG-4) especially supporting “Girl Child” education and Climate Action Projects (SDG-13). Her work under MSF has impacted more than 550,000 people in Humanitarian Relief.
